The full volunteer journey, in one place

Most platforms cover one stage. We cover all four — because that's where retention actually happens.

01

Recruit

A mobile-first app that connects your opportunities to volunteers who are already looking for affirming ways to give back. Recruitment is built in: your roles appear in front of our community, so people do not have to wonder where to find you. Identity-aware filters help surface affirming organizations and turn interest into qualified leads.

02

Engage

Automated reminders, shift updates, and check-ins do the work coordinators don't have time for. Volunteers stay engaged with your mission — not lost in their inbox.

03

Retain

Volunteers can share their experience and find affirming, safe organizations on day one — not after a bad shift. Safety reporting is built in, not bolted on.

04

Recognize

Earn badges for completed shifts and milestones. Sponsors fund swag, event tickets, and incentives — or partners can opt out and use their own program. Recognition that actually means something.

Built by us, for us.

Most of our tech team is trans and non-binary. We've been the volunteers, the coordinators, and the people who quit after one bad shift. We're building the platform we wished existed — one that defaults to affirming language, treats safety as infrastructure, and makes it easy for organizations to do this well.

If you've ever filled out a volunteer form that wouldn't take your name, you know why this matters.
